I was contacted by a man with a heavy accent claiming his name was christopher and he was working on behalf of a law firm called johnson and Farley. When I asked what this was about he preceded to tell me that I was being sued for three counts of fraud. i asked him what the fraud charges where he said I recieved a loan in the amount of 500.00 from cash Advance USA and i did not pay off the loan and was nw being sued. I told the man you have the wrong number I have never gotten a loan. He said ma'am I am recording this and I can Garantee you that you will not win this case but i can help you out. If you pay the outstanding loan amount of 642.55 You will not face charges. I said no sir you are wrong I am not the one you are looking for. The man then provided me with my own account number and social security number and home and work address. i was shocked that he had all of this. I asked how he got my information and he said I have the affidavit infront of me. he then got rude with me saying I was wasting his time and I need to pay the money now or the police will show up at my door tomorrow and transport me to California where i will have to pay a fine of 10,000 and 2 1/2 years in jail. I told him i was callin my Bank to confirm or deny this. My bank said absolutly not true. so i closed my ank account. The man then called back angry because he could not get the funds from my account. I told him I knew it was a scam and i was reporting him. He told be well then good luck in prison you @#$% and hung up. if you get a call from 212-444-6661 or 408-462-6581 call the police immediately because this man has your whole life in front of him and will try to use it..!!!!
