I received a phone call where somebody introduced himself as an agent of a credit card company called CCS with so many membership benefits.I was stupid enough to give them my account number and some plastics that looks like a credit card was sent to me after deducting the sum of $99:99 from my account, three months later another three deductions was made from my account,$99:99,$99:99 and $99:00 making a total sum of $289:98 without purchasing anything from them.Every time i call their 800 number it either go straight to the answering machine or they keep me on hold until i cannot wait no more, all the deductions made so far from my account equals to $388:98 Can somebody help me?

Ok, First of all, CCS is an INBOUND call center. 2nd of all, when you called and activated your cards, you were given all of the terms and conditions regarding these cards. When you received your Free Trial Packet, there were atleast two papers in that packet which described the different fees and the cost of those fees. as far as the 99.99, 99.99 and 99.00 deductions go, those were for your two annual benefits and the first half of the annual fee for a total amount of $298.98 not $289.98. It is not the companies fault when you don't listen to all the terms and conditions that are given in the activations phone call or that you choose to not read the information that we send you numerous times.

I have worked for the company for 6 months now and i am a former customer as well. For a lot of people this is actually a really good program, just because you choose to be ignorant and not read the paperwork and you end up getting money deducted from your account is not our fault. As far as being on hold, you need to realize we have over 5000 calls a day, and yes at times the hold time may be high, but if you really wanted to cancel your account, you would have done what the other customers who wanted their accounts canceled did, you would have WAITED, no matter how long it would have been. You guys can post all kinds of lies about how we called you, but clearly on the approval letter it states to ACTIVATE YOUR CARDS CALL US AT ***-***-****.
