Cheapestthemes.com Fraudulent charge posted to my credit card. Internet

Today I checked my credit card account's website and found a $2.81 charge for cheapestthemes.com posted to it. I had never heard of this company, and I haven't used that particular credit card for several months, so I know that this is fraudulent. I do not know how they got my credit card information, but this was not an authorized transaction. I checked the cheapestthemes.com website out. There is no contact information listed, so I looked on ripoff report's website and found a phone number. When I called, all I got was a recording from an Indian woman stating they are unable to take phone calls at this time. I then called my credit card company to inform them of this fraud. I was told that I would have to wait five days and call back because it takes that long for a charge to be verified.
