I am being sued by a credit card company called Clout Visa. I have not heard from this company in the last four to five years when I first got the card, after I graduated high school. However, the amount they are trying to sue me for is ridiculously high and the attorneys and creditor who, I assume took over the situation is not responding at all. Not only that, Clout Visa does not have a website, nor do they have any way for people to get into contact with them. During the holiday season, I got a from a few people who threatned that my financial aid for school would be taken away if I did not pay. I need help, because I do not know who these people are, and I cannot afford to file for bankruptcy at an early age.
