Contacted Credit One Bank due to loss of job and medical problems to find out if they could help me with settling my debt for a lesser amount owed. Was talked to very rude and was told there was nothing they could do that their company does not do that. I asked if they could take off the late fees and they wouldn't do that. They just kept demanding payment.

This is the only company that I had any problems with helping me due to my financial situation. Due to the way I was treated and talked to I refuse to pay them anything. As far as I am concerned they can turn it over to a collection agency and I will deal with them, but I will never contact that company again. They should be investigated and put out of business.
