CS Center/ Money Mas/ Hoodie Fusion Charged my credit card with permission. St George Utah

This company merged with another company I did business with in Nov 07. Now it is June 08 and I am being charged with no authorization at all. I have called them and they don't seem to care. they said when they can they will credit me. This is very disturbing to know that they can just charge your CC and ...... that is it nothing no one can do. My bank says I have to give them 30 days. Well I need my money today. When I called the company back they hung up on me.
Be very careful who you do business with online and over the phone. This is the second time this has happen although the other company credited me right away.
This company owns several other companies. I have reserched a few of them in my searching for this company. They all have bad reviews!

I came across this complaint and was very upset that a consumer that dealt with us in this matter had such a bad experience, Yes it is true that we do customer service for a few other companies and we took over for a company that mislead us when they transfered over their information on their clients and we have been handling thousands of customers that had this happen because we were given them as an active customer and we are canceling those accounts and refunded the money as soon as we can, it is difficult to refund right away since there is always a pending process and also our merchant account that we are using to refund these charges will only allow so much money a day so yes the process is a little bit longer than normal but it is not because of lack of concern for the consumers as for feeling that the rep you spoke to did not care there is not a lot that management can do if we are not aware of the consumers feeling that the rep was in the wrong, so I do apologize for that but assure you that as you say the bad reviews is mostly other consumers unaware of what they were signing up for or others using their cards.
