Dr. Steine is so adept at fraud he has the Bank of America believing HIM and ignoring the pleas of its customers! The good Doctor ran a TV spot advertising "free" one-week sample of Extenze...in return the the postage to send it. That and nothing more, so confident is he of the potency of his penis enhancing potient.

No mention was made on his tv spot about an automatic and unsolicited "membership" which must be cancelled to stem the flow of his aphrodisiac to one's mail box. If the pills don't work, not to worry: they are accompanied by compensating catalysts in the form of pornographic CDs for which one is also charged!

The Bank of America insists that the purchaser is obliged to return the merchandise for a refund for failing to read the "terms and conditiions" fine print and dismiss it as disregard for "caveat emptor." But any child of 5 can see how ridiculous this is: they are thinking of orders placed on the internet NOT over the phone from a TV ad, for heaven's sake!

No such membership or pornography was mentioned on cam. All one does is dial a number and give the necessary info...without receiving any enlightening detail at all. And the poor girls who answer the phones at the B of A haven't a clue about how the law reads in such matters. They simply can't believe that when a supposed-contract is so completely invalid, the person who did NOT order the goods or services is under NO obligation to do a damn thing.

Ridiculous example to make the point: Suppose you live next to Miama International and the man at your door says it's time for you to take delivery of your 747. You tell him "no thanks" and up what orifice Boeing can hanger it. He says, "Okay, but you must pay for the fuel and wages necessary to fly it back to Seattle." You tell him, "Screw you and Steine, too." Both for the same valid reason, in principle.
