EZ Saver Fraudulant company must be destroyed! Nationwide

In November 2008, I received a phone call from babytobee.com, of which I am a member. They told me I had been selected to receive some free things from them and they said they had some offers for me to choose from in addition to these things. One of the offers mentioned was EZ Saver, which was a discount program for anything from shopping to dining to car rentals. I was told that I could sign up for 30 days free for only $1.95 and I would receive a $20 gift card to Babies 'R' Us, so I consented. They told me that they would send me the information via postal mail and I could choose whether or not to become a member for $20 per month once I reviewed the package. I received the information and decided not to subscribe, as I would only receive the gift card after I subscribed. So then, it was over and I threw the information away. In January 2009, I was informed of another charge of $1.95 from EZ Saver on my checking account. I figured, "Ok, it's just two bucks, so why worry about it?" I have just now been informed of an additional charge of $19.80 from EZ Saver debited Feb. 2nd and I never subscribed to receive any benefits, nor have I received anything additional from them in the mail! Because of this unauthorized charge, my account has been overdrawn and I now owe the bank more than $73 in overdraft fees. I tried to check for the website and it only redirects me to another page that says the site is under construction. By the way, I never received anything from babytobee.com either...Hmm...
