Fastauctionpro, Myseoguidenet Rip-off, bogus billing St.George Utah Internet

10/04/06 I ordered a CD supposed to explain how to buy and sell on e-bay. I believed at the time that I was dealing with e-bay. I received the CD and it did not supply the info as advertised and I threw it away.

10/24/06 My Chase Mastercard was charged $1.97 by Fastauctionpro and also $49.95 which I never authorized.

appr 10/28/06 I called Chase Mastercard to complain about a bogus charge. They said they would apply a credit for $1.97 and $49.95 on my next statement.

11/24/06 My next statement from Chase Mastercard included a credit of $1.97 and $49.95 as promised. However there was a new charge of $49.95 (11/17/06)from Fastauctionpro. There was also a charge of $9.95 (10/25/06) from Myseoguidenet. This company has the same phone number as Fastauctionpro. (866-6520479)

I tried repeatably to call this number. Twice I was able to talk to some one that I was unable to understand. I requested a superviser and I was disconnected.

I found Rip-off Reports on the internet and searched for Fastauctionpro and found 12 reports some of which were identical to my own experiance.
