GE Capital Cons CardCo Cheating, Customer rip off ORLANDO Florida

Its rip off! These people send me bills every month erratically, and then charge me a finance charge and "late" fee. When you call their customer service number to speak with the representatives they say they can check only 60 day old information in my record. I'm paying other credit card bills to by mail but they never charged me late fee or finance charge for even two-three day late payment even though they have online payment option. They even don't have online payment option.

In my case I have promotional pay-off option to pay-off my bill from 06/25/2003 to 06/24/2004 without any interest charge. Its look like that their computer system is designed that way so that it adds the late fee automatically. Since their customer service representative also trained how to handle when some one calls for late fee inquiries. I don't want to bring my credit report down due to this stupid company and I decided to close my credit card account with them now.

When I searched on Internet about the GE Capital Cons CardCo, I was able to find only complaints for them. So I'm right that they are cheating with customers. I was surprised how this company gets away with this?
