I also sent for the "free" information, which I paid $1.98 shipping on that never came. I sent an email to the company the day I recieved my confirmation letter telling them that I wasn't able to log in and had not yet recieved my CD, . 16 days after recieveing the confirmation letter I sent an email canceling my memebership. 3 days after that I got notice that the bank had recieved a charge for $49.99. My husband accidently authorized the charge thinking that it was the company that I had since started working with (grant seeker pro, excellant company). WE then contacted our bank regarding the charge. They told us to call the toll free number for this website, I waited on hold for over 1/2 hour, and finally came to this site.

Since I've gotten no response from the company I am going to have our bank dispute the charges...I don't even know if they actually canceled my membership. They seem to be ripping people off a lot and i hope they get busted for it!
