One day I just signed up and paid 2.97$ to see something in their website but I didn't agree to pay more 139.95$

Within 5 days they stolen my money from my account, then I called to that company and a guy refused to refund my money because it had been longer than 5 days but it's not fair for me because their company didn't inform anything to me for this and not have a reciept to me and particularly I didn't agree to pay my money so they are deceptive to me. I'm considering to report BBB or further action.
