Jonathan Arroyo Jon Arroyo Online Credit Card Fraud Reading, Pennsylvania

Arroyo attempted to "purchase" merchandise with a stolen credit card. He provided a photo of a fake Pennsylvania photo ID as proof he lives at the address shown above.  He was almost successful in conning us, however this very website and a report filed by another user helped us stop the transaction before we could get burned.  The card issuing bank subsequently stated that the card presented by Arroyo was definitely stolen.

We spoke with Arroyo, supposedly 23 years old according to his ID, at (610) 929-0858 and told him about the other report on this site, and that his card was reported stolen.  He feigned ignorance at first. However, when pressed harder, he was not at all defensive of being accused of attempting to commit fraud. We warned him that the next merchant may not be as nice as us and may have him arrested.  We told him to clean up his act and stop committing fraud.  He more or less agreed that he wouldn't try it again, responding with, "Okay." 

Lastly, we doubt Arroyo is 23 years old, as the conversation seemed more like we were speaking with a teenager.
