Ive called many times to fix this error, and they persisted to say that I did a balance transfer and gave me a date, which i never did this, ive been charged heavilly for this and i still pay my credit bill on time because im afraid of having bad credit go against me.

I have cancelled this credit card and only pay minimum, which is a big amount. They charge me on the bal transfer, 17.27, 53.53 on purchases, which i have not used the card in over a year, The min payment is 94.00, I want to fix this, I shouldnt have to pay on the 699.00 bal transfer which i never made.
