Lenox Capital ripoff - Dirty Georgia Georgia

I was called by a represenatative of this company and my checking account was about to be deducted by an amount of $221.95 on november 15th

I called them on 14th november to cancel my membership and they said that the computer payment has already been done. so i rushed to my bank and i cancelled my check card so that the transaction will not be processed but still my chekcing account was deducted.

so i was waiting to get the membership anyways thinking that i will get the card. since i did not receive it after a month and a half i called them and they sent me a refund request form to be signed. i also filled that out and also gave them a call to refund the money back to me but they have not done it still. one of the customer service representatives told me that it will take from 30-90 days.

so i was a little patient and i was just searching for some other phone numbers as the no 678 239 0133 was never working . this is the time i came across this scandal reported by a lot of people here. i am a little upset wiht this. i am an international student and the money means a lot to me. i am definitely ready to deal wiht these kind of incorrigible people legally.
