was illegally contacted by madison whos is who by my silent phone number.they stated that i gave my credit number to them which not true.they say had tapes to prove that which I feel where manufactured,they not seek authorization to tape the conversation.my privacy has been vicicously compromised.have been charged $807 to which i never consented to.

Could you please clarify how you were contacted by this company "by your silent phone number"? Also what exactly is a "silent phone number"?
How did the company obtain your credit card number if you did not give it to them?

I can usually have the potential member find their response by telling them the date they responded to the email invitation. The reason they contacted your unpublished phone number is because you provided it. You also provided a credit card number to the representative because this company truely does have 400,000 members plus. and they all signed up on the same exact call that you were approached with. Is there any statement that states she didnt receive her welcome package? Is there any statement by this person that she didnt actually see over 400,000 members to network with? Im sure only professionals of mid to upper level management reading this will be able to provide an answer to me. RECORDINGS ARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS AS WELL AS A RECORD OF THE SALE. WHO WOULDN'T APPRECIATE THAT?
