Merrick Bank Recived a collenction phone call for a credit card. I never had a card from Merrik Bank and I never did business with Merrick Bank. The person was verry rude and insolted me. Old Bethpage New York

On January 2 2009 I recibed a phone call from Merrick Bank. The person asked me to make pitment on my credict card. I told this person that I never had a credit card from Merrick Bank. He said that has been four years that i don't make a paitment on this account. I told him againg that a never had acredict card or any business with Merric Bank. He become ubset and screm at me to start paying my bills I keep repeting to him that i don't have any business with Merrrck Bank. He hong up the phone.

Its funny how people like you over exaggerate. We get monitored on EVERY call we do. Either Incoming or Outgoing. And from what you said, would make someone IMMEDIATELY get fired. Do you think the guy you spoke to wanted to get fired? In most cases, no. I have never ever heard one of our reps tell people to start paying their bills. And if we call the wrong person, we immediately take your phone number out and apologize. So maybe this happened in your dream. That could be possible.
