Biggest Rip-Off..

I requested is "3 credit report + Free Score for $19.95: on as shown below.

and my credit card was charged an amount of $29.95 and $49.95.
When I called them, their rude customer support told me that that you did pay attendtion to the hidden costs and there is no way they will refund my money...that I never unauthorized.

Their website is very misleading and you can judge from their tone that they must got lot of angry customers complaining this and this is why they are making money, misleading people and making unauthorized charges to your credit card.
