Moneytree Funding Rip Off - keep charging my card a few months after winning CC dispute Canoga Park California

In August I signed up for leads for 1 month. Read the lead return policy which said 'bogus' leads would be credited. Once I started contacting the leads either the phone & or email addresses were bogus or the person said they were explicitly not interested. I tried to return the leads which had to be done via fax. Called and of course they kept not receiving the rejects. I cancelled the service but was again charged. I filed a chargeback and was credited the fees I was charged. In March 08 I was again charged by the merchant under a similar name. I disputed the charge and merchant was declared winner since they produced my original contract but no info on the previous dispute. I called the merchant and spoke to Carol Rosen Vp of Operations who said I was telling lies and they would keep charging me even if I won the dispute. Im now re-filing against merchant but dont feel Chase is going to help me.
BEWARD OF THIS MERCHANT, they are not a mortgage broker they are professional scam artist.
