When checking my bank statement I was charged a fee of $9.95 from the company MYSEOGUIDENET. I have no idea who they are or what services they provide, but I know that I did not order this.

When charging this to my bank account I was also charged a bank fee of $32.00 because the charge made my account overdrawn.

I have now lost $41.95 over a charge I did not make. Is there anyone who can help me with this so it doesn't happen anymore?
