I received a mysterious package with this return address:

I never order things through the mail, so I was a bit curious. I opened it and found out that this was something called Colon xR, with no other company name. I thought I should return it.

I also saw that they had charged me 5.95 for shipping and would automatically send me another bottle for $84.79 billed monthly!

They said to call 888-820-2656 or mytrialSupport.com for customer support. However, since I immediately looked around the internet and saw that the whole product is fraudulent, including the "customer support", I won't even bother returning the product, as according to others, they will try to charge me a restocking fee.

I suggest anyone else who might be victim to this scam cancel their charge (and perhaps their credit card) immediately, and try to contact their BBB.
