Nexel Financial=lies & ripoff

This "company" lies to the customers and leads them to believe they are getting a credit card for $5000. I gave them $250 in November, and I'm still fighting to get my money back. All of the letters, and the catolog I have tried to send back to them (they said I had to send the catolog back to get a refund) have come back 'refused'. I finally got a name and number to someone in the corporate office that someone had called and gotten their money back. So I'm still waiting for it to be deposited into my account, which I will close out as soon as I get it put in. The name is Vicki and her number is 514-737-7160. The last two times I have called (I will not give up until I get my money back) she seemed very busy, but this is the furthest I have gotten to ending this mess. All customer service does is tell you lie after lie and I'm tired of dealing with them, that's what I've been doing the past 4 months. The other address that they had me finally send the package to is 2348 Lucrne, Suite 617, Montreal Quebec H3R2J8, which is in Canada. So far, it has not come back to me, so this is where the corporate office is. The box in SD is just a rented mail box which 'refuses' everything, so don't send anything there, it will come back.
