Online Business Systems, LLC Charged neerly $170 on my Amex Credit Card. Did not know I had commited to anything. Scottsdale Arizona

I apparently loged into this web site just to see what it was all about. I did not know that I was commiting to anything, and I thought that I backed out before completing all the questions, and did not send, but backed out before getting to the end.

I then find that I received two charges to my American Express Account, totaling almost $170.00.

When I talked to them on the phone, they would not do anything about the charges, but did cancel the subscription so I would receive no more charges. I don't remember giving them any charge card number, so I don't know how they got that number. American Express said they could open a report about it, b ut could not guarantee anything.

I would like to get my money back because I am retired and living on a fixed income.
