I had the same 11.89 charge. I didn't have too much trouble getting the bank to reverse the charge, but it is still a pain.

Anyway maybe this information may help. Because I don't use this card much I was able to look back at the places that I have used the card recently. Other than filling up with gas a couple of times the only other time that I used the card recently was on Priceline. I don't know if anybody else has as well, but that may be one of the sites the scammers are using. Good luck to everyone else. I hope they get these guys.
