Pipeline Data OMG!!!! Quincy, Massachusetts

I just read the message from Bill and the one written yesterday regarding Pipeline Data. I have been on the phone with them and have NEVER dealt with such stupid people in my life over the $150.00 charge. I have called three times complaining that I never received the "so-called" letter that they supposedly sent out. On Dec 19th, they took out the money and then I got 4 bounced checks equal to over $120.00 in bounced check fees.

They have refused to give back the money and said that they show that the letter was sent out. "So what?" I said. They does not show that I received the letter. Still from three telephone calls. Nothing! I did cancel the account through Merchant Express and when I asked if they show that the account is closed, they (Amber) said yes. I asked if I was going to get any further cancellation fees, she said no and I told her I didn't believe her.

I did contact the bank and they stated the same thing Bill said, that Pipeline put a code in and I had 24 hours to dispute it. GIVE ME A BREAK! I have canceled my business account at the bank, so now just waiting to find out what else will that thieving company do?

This is stealing! Plain and simple! No one has the right to go into your account and take money out without notifying you!
