While checking my credit report on experian.com I noticed a negative report from a company called RAB Performance Recoveries for a amount of $8241.00.

The credit report stated it was a civil claim on 12/2007.

I have received nothing in writing or have no knowledge of this. I disputed the charge and all the credit report told me was the account is mine. I emailed the civil service department in regards to this claim. I have no idea what this is regarding nor do I owe anyone this amount of money.
