I recieved the card in the mail. When I called the number to ask a few questions, they asked for a payment. I declined the offer and threw away the card. 2 days later I recieved a bill in the mail for the initial balance. I ignored it knowing I had not signed up for the card, thinking it was an error.

One month later I recieved harrassing phonecalls demanding payment. I told them my card was never activated and unsolicited. The rep actually argued with me and raised her voice and got rude. All that changed when I mentioned the word lawyer. She claims she closed the account and I didn't have to pay. We'll see what happens in the next week or so.
