SKS Associats and Northern Leasing Systems This looks like a ongoing scam New York , New York

I use to lease a cc terminal from Northern Leasing I ended the lease in 2006. On 2/01 I see a $150.00 charge was on my checking account from them. I dispute it with my bank, the bank tells me I did not dispute it in a timely matter(had to be in 24 hours according to the bank) after a hour on the phone with the Bank(Wachovia) they would not reverce the charges. When I called Northern Leasing they refer to my lease para bah bah bah that they audit the account and I owe some back tax remember its been 5 years since I ended the lease. The bank tells me the only thing I can do is file a fraud compaint with the bank and if I loose I woud have no Recourse. Makes me feel like Wachovia in in parteners with them.  Tomorrow I try the fraud route with the bank. Last thing Northern Leasing never sent any notice just had the funds removed.
