Superstores Of America And MOR Furniture For Less interest on charges to a pay monthly bill over phone City Of Industry California

I received my monthly statement and saw a $15.00 charge under regular purchase with a $2.00 interest charge. The month prior I couldnt get my payment out on time and needed to pay by phone to avoid a late fee. It cost a $15.00 fee, which was never taken out of my checking account and totally rediculous in the first place. Instead of paying the fee at the time of payment Superstores of america treats it as a purchase and adds the charge to your credit. Now they want 164.38% APR for this charge. $2.00 per month. When I called they pretended not to know what the charges were. I asked for a supervisor who also pretended not to know what was going on. Once he explained the over the phone payment charge was considered a purchase I told him remove the charge. He refused and I told him what he and superstores of america could do. As a military member we get busy as do alot of hard working americans. Sometimes we cant get that bill into bill pay fast enough but I will not sit back and let this happen to anyone else with out saying something. This is the flecing of america and this company does not deserve to use the name "America". Do not pay by phone, it is the worst of the two evils to pay the late fee. I will never do business with MOR furniture or Superstores of america again.
