Synapse Ventures, Inc. Cancellation of trial subscription is actually a trap for you to agree to continue your subscription. I doesn't allow you to cancel totally. Salt Lake City Utah

First of all I don't even know how this subscription started because I am 100% sure that I did not agree for any subscription to continue after the trial period. From out of the blue I received a notice from Synapse Ventures, Inc. informing me that my subscription will continue and that I will be charged $32.00(for one magazine), another $32.00(for another), and another $23.00(for another). Thats a total of $87.00 just for magazines. This is ridiculous!!!.
I called the number provided for on the card, but the response was all automated. This did not provide for the option to totally stop the subscription. This is not right and is in violation of my right to cancel this order. Something has to be done to stop this fraudulent activity and ripping off innocent people of a lot of money.

After I filed this report, I checked all my credit card bills to find what credit card was being charged for this. I found out that the contact phone numbers on the bill is different from the postcard notice that they sent me. I called the 800 number on the bill but I was still greeted by an automated voice. Again there is no option for me to speak with somebody to resolve my problem. Why can't they provide somebody to speak with, or a number where we could get in touch with a human being not an automated voice which cannot not do anything to solve a problem. Comapnies like this should be required by law to have a customer service support manned by humans not machines.
