Titan Financial credit card rebuilder ripoff scam artists ..thank you ripoffreport! Dallas Texas

Person by the name of Paula (terrible spanish accent) called from aka Titan Financial. She supposedly obtained my phone number from previous creditors that denied me credit.

Offering me a credit card with a $2500.00 limit for a one time fee of $299.00 to be withdrawn from my checking account within 2-1/2 to 3 weeks.

Claiming this would help me to rebuild my credit to a more desirable level. She insisted that if funds were not available at the time of withdrawal that I could be responsible for fees up to $60.00 accured by my bank.

That evening something caused me to awake and try dialing the Monday - Friday telephone number I was given. The number drop each time I called (3 times). I then went to my computer at 4:00 in the morning to do a first time research of credit card fraud and thats how I can across Rip-Off Report.com. Thanks for your services. In the morning I will be calling my bank.
