Company added a buying plan to an item purchased over the phone with a monthly charge. Offered a free $90 in gas if you signed up on their buying group. You could cancel after the first month. The problem, they never sent out the buying group information to you and just keep charging you a monthly fee for no services. It is very difficult to contact anyone who can assist you on correcting the transaction. Fortunately I was able to contact someone and I am waiting for a correction.
