I was overdrawn in my account and went to the bank to find out why. They told me that True.com took 49.99 out of my account. When I called True.com, they told me that they could not refund my money. I never signed up for them.

I never gave them my information and they refuse to acknowledge that I did not give them permission to take that money. They also refuse to acknowledge that I did not give that permission and give me my money back.

It isn't even the fact they took the money without permission, it's the fact that they refused to give the money back when I explained that it wasn't authorized in the first place. I would not authorize money to be taken out of my account because I didn't even know what they were until all of this happened.
