By not being observant, UMG withdrew $14.95 each for Prescription Savings, Buyers Edge, and Money Ahead from my VISA account each month, beginning in Nov., 2007. I did not notice this until this month (March).

I realized this all stemmed from an order I made to Brylane. I received this packet in the mail, and tossed it in the trash, neither giving verbal or written permission for this company to bill these so-called services to my VISA.

As a result, Chase suggested I close out that account immediately and open a new account, which I did. What did I learn? Be more observant--check your credit card statement carefully. I also sent an e-mail to UMG, telling them to stop this immediately, and that that VISA account was closed.
