I tried an Uninstaller product from URSOFTWARE.COM recommended on CNET web site. I liked the product and decided to purchace full product. I paid the amount requested and was supplied what I thought was legimate validation information. WRONG !!! The trouble the started.

First all contact information was like in a loop, go one place -- told to go to another. Finally contacted people I paid and was told the following:

We no longer read or respond to messages sent to this address. The vast number of spam and spoofed virus messages have made it impossible to rely on e-mail. All contact to SWREG is now made through our online ticket system. You can dreate a message by going to:https://usd.swreg.org/cgi-bin/msgwizard.cgi Reqards SWREG ADMINISTRATION TEAM. Round & Round the wheel kept going.
