Dear Rip- off:
Can you help me figure out whats happeming with my Verizon Acct#. I jave a 89$ pkg a month. Each month they get me for 149.00 This is all inclusive package. Each month I get a 359
00 bill
Every month I try to straighten it out and biweekly I am getting phome calls from 847 457 4305 stating they are Verizon.
Here is also a list of numbers:
9000-070-001149, 9000-8000-4000, 9000-8000-4007, 9000-8000-3498 and 9000-7000-1468
Each month I call Verizon or so I think, and speak to a different operator. Each operator gives me a different month that I havent paid. I read off every deduction from my bank account and the same thing happens the following month and by- weekling the calls harrassing me from1847 457-4305 come in. Who's number is this? Can you please help? (((REDACTED)))

I think you are dealing with scammers. One, someone may have access to your phone info and is using it for international and or other types of services. Secondly you are getting scam collections calls from someone else. You may need to work with Verizon to terminate your service and set it up again with a different # if you have somehow been hacked.
Verizon's phone #'s are listed below - these are the public #'s they provide and the ONLY #'s you should be using to contact them to ensure you are speaking with the real company.
800-483-3000 - for all billing questions
800-483-1000 - for all repair requests
800-483-4000 - to place any orders for new service or changes to service
Personally I think Verizon is overpriced and stupid. I'd look for a different provider. But - that's just my opinion.
