i am writing because my virgin mobile phone was paid using an un knonw credit card i did nt use to pay thie account.. i do not know how this could of happened. i always use a top up card to pay my account.. and it scares me baceause it was my phone that tha credit card was used to pay the bill.. i would like to knoe wat can be done or wat i can do to help out in this situation.. i have never used a credit card to pay this bill..

i am not a theif i have never used any kind of credit card for any thing i have never stolen any thing in my life and now i have this goin on with the phone..

let me know if i can do anything to help out in this..

The main concern

I would be worried when the person who paid it, realizes they paid for the wrong account. They will take that time away. Have you contacted virgin mobile's customer service on this issue?
