Hi all,I went to cash my cheak today and there was this "charge" on my account.This charge said that it was from a place called "XM Brands".They charged me $85.54 (USD).I didnt even know what this was i have never heard of them till today.

So i cancelled my card and called the phone number that was listed.They had the worst customer service EVER!!!They told me to contact my bank,when my bank said to contact them.They thought i was crazy cuz i didn't know any of my account info.but i wasn't the one who made the account and they didnt seem to get that.

So now my only option is to talk to my bank and they probly wont help cuz from what i have been reading is that its a SCAM.I don't know if they could help or just say sorry you got scammed.

We will see i guess.But if this has happend to you please tell me your story please reply to this post.

Please do not give up.  Call them every day and DEMAND your refund, whether you get it or not.  In the event you have not read my posting (Brunswick OH); make some time on the net and file a Complaint with the following Agencies:

FBI, SEC, Attorney General for the State of Florida and the BBB - this is how we can stop this deceptive practice.

Finally, when you go into your bank, they can file documents on your behalf to reverse the charges and to block XM Brands from taken money from you.  The reversal will take some time but it's better than sitting and awaiting their refund as I have done for the past month.  Good Luck and I hope this helps.
