ACE-AMERICAN CREDITORS EDUCATORS I WAS RIPOFFED BY ACE - UNITED CREDIT NATIONAL BANK DENVER Colorado

I recived a visa credit card in 1999, starting I would have a $400 credit limit. A week after I received a package full of financial advice junk from Ace together with a bill of $295 for it, $49 annual fees and plus shipping handling fees, all those fees charged automatically to my credit card.

I called them but their customer services was extremely rude and refused to help, I returned the package to them 14 days after, but they didn't return any money to the credit card as they promised it instead they sent my name to credit bureau.

Few months after I received bills from AMERICAN CREDIT EDUCATORS AND UNITED CREDIT NATIONAL BANK but i did not stop fight against them. In 2005 I was buying my first home, and my name was already seriously damaged by ACE for almost 6 years, I sent them a $50 just to take them out of my life but they continue to harrassed me by some very rude mails.I sent several letters to consumer affairs, equifax, FTC but unitl now they haven't done almost nothing to help me just small advised .
Anyway if someone I have some good advice I am ready to take it, because I will continue to fight against ACE until I got my name off that mess .
