Advanta Bank Corporation fraud, deceptive practices, usury, lies, hidden fees, anti-american, anti-consumer, conspiracy Draper Utah

Got a credit card from this company? Okay, call up their customer service number and let them tell you how much credit you have available or for what amount you can write a credit check. That's what I did. And I wrote a credit check for the amount they said I could only to then be "fined" $39.00 for an "overlimit fee". When I called them about this, their service rep. apologized and issued a credit for that fee. But when the next statement came it showed the credit for $39.00 and then a reissue of the overlimit fee for $39.00. Apparently, some higher up decided that the service rep that issued the refund was being ethical and so they fired him!

Look, when a company tells you right out, that you can charge to this amount and then when you do, they hit you with a penalty for doing exactly what they said you could do - that is fraud!

Do you really want to do business with a company like that? I sure don't. In fact, I issued a rule in my company that we would not only not have anything to do with Advanta, but we would not have anything to do with any company affiliated with Advanta. To me, it is like doing business with a dope dealer or other nefarious creature.

Any company that knowing and willfully engages in practices designed to deceive their customers so as to assess additional fees is engaged in fraud.

fraud: 1. DECEIT. TRICKERY. intentional perversion of truth in order to induce another to part with something of value or to surrender a legal right (Webster's Ninth Collegiate).

Advanta Bank Corporation engages in consumer fraud. If what I am saying is not true, then they should sue me. Something I dare them to do!
