Brandy,

Get the bank account number and the routing number of Advantage Capital Pacific First. Your bank should have that information from the original ACH Debit.

File a small claims lawsuit and take all of your paperwork to court with you. You will most likely win by default since no one will show up. Give the bank account and routing number to the court and file for a garnishment for the amount of judgment. The court should order to have it pulled right out of the account.

It’s worth a try—let us know what happens.

Good Luck,
TFC
