I posted yesterday that Applied Merchant Systems refused to
send funds from a transaction with a client. After being given two options, AMS
removed the option that proved it was a valid transaction and insisted on us
reversing the charge. We reversed and got a check from the client. As mentioned
earlier, AMS charged a transaction fee to us. Today, they processed the
reversal of the charge. So they held the funds initially, but didn't process
the reversal against the held funds...they reversed it against our account. The
initial charge was $6000 and the fees that they are refusing to reverse (both
initial charge then forced reversal) will be $600. Do not use this company!
