Aspire Credit Card ripoff Columbas Georgia

This company is a credit card company. I sent them two checks for a credit card. I got a statement from stating there were closing my account. I called and talked to a David (I believe by the accent he was from India). He kept over talking me as I told him I never received a credit card and I wanted my money back. He never answered me. He left me on the telephone for 10 minutes. I then got a lady by the name of Sassy. Again told her my story and she listened but I asked her for her supervisor or manager. She advised me not to hang up. I waited again for 10 minutes on the telephone. I man by the name of Jay came on and said I had to send copies (front & back) and they had to be approved for a refund. He also told me there was no guarantee I would get my money back. I again repeated that I never received a credit card and therefore wanted my monies back.
