We are responding to a complaint filed by the above merchant. In reviewing the merchant's complaint, we have concluded to the following-

1. What is the name of your business and can you provide us with your merchant number? By providing us with this information, we will be able to look up the history of your merchant account and in more detail of what happened.

2. The title of the above claim states "Jason Hardy forged contract through CIT Leasing". Do you have proof showing this ridiculous claim? Jason Hardy is the Manager of the Risk Management Department. What reason would he have to forge lease paperwork?

3. There is also mention of a term called "TMF"-were you added to this report? How do you know you were added to this report? Please provide proof. Please note that any merchant added to the TMF Match report will not be able to process credit cards for any processor until they find a way to remove their business and name from this report. What was the reason why you were added to this report? Most merchants added to this report have committed either fraud, accumilated excessive chargebacks, violated their contract..etc.

4. BankCard USA is a member and is listed with the Santa Barbara Better Business Bureau and scores a "B" on their scale. The amount of complaints on that report dates from 2006. Other direct competitors have triple the amount of complaints on their site.
