*Consumer Suggestion:: i seem to be the only person to have been ripped off by this company but was not held responsible by my credit card company_

In late March of this year a salesman from this company contacted me on my home phone, repeatly pitching a business outline from a company called Bankcard Empire. He said that his company, Bankcard Empire would "perform" call blasts for 18,500.00 to companies that need Visa or Mastercard services.
Now two months later, whenever I ask about leads or money, I keep getting the runaround. I was told by this time, May 2008, I would already be getting money from the business that used the Bankcard Empire services.
The salesman was extremely high pressure I had to make the decision on the phone, whereupon I gave him my credit card information.
The total amount Bankcard Empire has charged me to date is: 18,500.00
not including the first time of 5000.00 in January
Currently, I have been swindled out of 18,500.00. I am an older retired man on a fixed income and have used my savings to pay off the credit card charges.
When I asked the salesman for information about company officers, he said none of that is available, and their website is basically a shell with no information about investors, finances or other information that real companies have. Please help me figure out how to get my money back or sue Bankcard Empire

I too had the misfortune to have been duped by one of their fast-talking, hard-sell sales agents. To say they are dishonest and totally void of all morals or decency is a gross understatement. I have been monitoring the reports about this company since my experience in June and am saddened to learn they are still preying on hard-working folks just trying to make enough money so they don't end up eating catfood in their declining years.
When I was ripped off they were calling themselves Bankcard Empire/AIG Promotions. I see their scam has not changed, just their so-called company name. You can read my initial report/complaint by entering Bankcard Empire/AIG Promotions in the search field.
I was lucky. I have a small business account with the best credit card company out there; and I have an incredible relationship with them. When I realized after reading the report of their "unsatisfactory rating" on the AZ Better Business Bureau's Website as well as the numerous reports on this site, I called them and told them I thought I made a mistake and invested in a fraudulent company.
First they credited all the money I foolishly allowed Bankcard Empire to charge to my credit card. Then they cancelled that card and issued me a new one with a new number. Then, after filing my report with them and their investigators did their research, I received a letter informing me that they agreed that this was not a ligitimate business investment and that they would not hold me responsible for any of the charges made by them. The letter stated the matter was closed and I could put it behind me.
I also called the MD Attorney General's Office to file a report with them. May I suggest that Daryl try getting his investment back by filing a report with the Arizona Attorney General's Office and reporting his experience to his credit card company. They may be as understanding as my credit card company was and do what they can to help recover his life savings.
Finally, if everyone that filed a report on this Website were to report their experience to the AZ Attorney General's Office, maybe something would finally be done to put these unconcscionable people out of business and close down Bankcard Empire/AIG Promotions/Ultimate Business Solutions/whatever new name they come up with to allow them to continue to prey on people that can least afford to invest in a company that gives nothing back. Good luck to anyone who tries to take these people down!

I was contacted by email to retract my original statement about Bankcard Empire,,
I stand by my statement, and in fact BankCard Empire still owes me 5000.00 in cash which was never refunded. The only reason I got refunded was, because friend was over here, and I told him about the BankCard Empire and he FOUND BankCard Empire on RIP OFF Reports, within the 60 day grace period,, so I could file formal complaints with my credit card companies, which is the grace period for disputing a charge.
I was had ALL the paperwork to dispute Bankcard empire who sent me a total of 50dollars worth of blank post cards, and NO LEADS and their so called counselors, who were aggressive salesmen called me night and day under the guise of "saying" it takes time to see results, like three months, for leads to be generated and get companies to use the Bankcard empire services.. which are NON existent.
Talk about "pyramid schemes,," ,,
I saw all those reports from Bankcard empire,, disputing all the consumer reports
BankCard empire would not have to have file umpteen disputes to dispute the consumer reports had they been honest and refunded the money they STOLE from
people who were mostly disabled trying to find a work from home business
Shame on them! I stand by my originial report! DON'T do business with these charlatons
