This company quotes rates and fees that are way below all competition, but when you actually are signed up the rates and fees are not even close to what you thought. They say 1.03% for credit and debit cards but in actuality it is cost plus 1.03% which is higher than all competition. They also tell you that it is only $40 per month for free equipment and no cancellation fee. What they do not tell you is that you are signing a 48 month NON CANCELLABLE lease so even if you close the merchant account you still are responsible for $40 per month for 48 months.

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG RIP OFF AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE FTC

So, when you see your BMR merchant account statement, you won't see the standard industry fees that other payment services providers charge – like bundled pricing, qualified or non-qualified rates, statement fees, warranty club fees, membership club fees, annual fees and others. With BMR, you always know what you pay – without hidden charges, add-ons and surprises. We're even happy to show you what we make. We use the most transparent pricing method available: Interchange Pass-Through.

In addition, when a merchant signs up using our website, all the terms and conditions are disclosed.

Finally, BMR does not have a cancelation fee. The merchant is always free to leave at anytime for any reason. If a merchant chooses to lease a terminal through our leasing provider, they will need to honor the lease agreement. However, they may take the terminal they leased and use it to process with any processor.
