I was visited by Michel Brunet in my business supostly to sales me the service of Credit Card Wireless Machine, after I signed the documents in blank, I have received letters from First data Global Leasing asking for monthly payments, I was surprised because I have not receive yet any machines. How I have no received yet any machines, and the charges are higher and not according with the documents that I signed, I stop the payments at the Bank. Now they keep sending me letters telling me that if I do not pay, they will report me at Credit Boreau.

We are an honest company

Who in the world would sing a blank contract ? For the fact that you did not received your terminal when the first payment pass in your account it's possible. But if it ever happend it's because it's taking a certain amount of time to set you up with credit card? We usally send the terminal when it's working with debit wich is 48 hours after the request. but you requested to wait that credit card are working before sending the terminal. More thant that when this situation happend we offer to pay the first month of their lease for free.

In regards to Martin's quotes "we are an honest company".  Come on Martin - you know very well that Brimich "who has now changed their name to BMS Groupe" operates in a very disloyal and unethnical business manner.  You should be well aware of the various issues with your supplies, processors, etc as BMS frantically continues to find means to due business as these companies void any further practises with BMS.

To go on and say that we are an honest company just proves us more on how Vulnerable and naive the employees at BMS Groupe is.

BMS groupe has one agenda and that is to make money at anyone expense regardless if its considered illegal or legal... 

Martine I hope you are an well diversified individual who has the smarts and Conscience to make the right decision and NOT to participate in other peoples recklessness business.
