AS PER THE REPERSENATIVE OF CAPITAL ONE FINANCIAL. I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS GOING TO RECEIVE A CREDIT CARD FROM THEM WITH THE CREDIT LIMIT OF 2,000. BUT THAT I NEEDED TO TRANSFER $200. OUT OF MY CHEKING WHICH WAS DONE BY THE CAPITALFINANCE PERSON ..THEN TWO MONTHS LATTER I RECEIVED A CATELOGE WITH 4 PAYMENT VOUCHERS TO SPEND IN THIS OLD CATELOG.WHICH THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD.IN THE PHONE CONFRENCE .SO I WOULD LIKE FOR THEM TO RETURN MY MONEY AND STOP PLAYING GAMES WITH PEOPLE.
