Capital One Credit Card - Capital One Bank Credit Card Credit Card Blackmail another victim of Capital One credit card illegal billing practices showing proof of your problem means nothing to this company Dallas Texas

I have now,along with over 900 hundred other victims,of the unscrupulous tactics of Capital One Bank and it's credit card department . I was double billed for the month of May , 2007. No matter how much proof I have shown to the billing customer service people will they correct this obvious error. Being a cancer patient and having no vocal chords i am unable to speak on the phone but I did have a former employer of mine call Capital One in my behalf but I cannot expect them to continue to waste their time on the phone with these uncaring people. All I can do at this point is to send them the $29.99 payment ,that includes interest ,late fee, this is money that I do not owe but I am doing so in order to end this mess that these people have created for me.

I am 79 yrs. old and apparently in the last stages of my life and have never missed a payment of any sort in my entire lifetime. It astounds me that with all of the complaints against this bank's credit card division that they are stiil able to extort money from their card holders.

All I can say at this point is I hope that his will put an end to my dealings with this outfit. I do intend to write a lot of letters to any organizations that will inform their members not to get involved with this company. I will also send my complaint to the Federal Reserve consumer complant dept. whom Capital One must answer to.
