I have been disputing improper charges for over a year and never once has Capital One helped! In fact, this month they posted a charge to my canceled card from the canceled account!

If there is anyone out there willing to take these people to court, I would gladly join in a class action lawsuit.

I receive calls from their 800 number starting before 8:30 in the morning and going throughout the day -- sometimes as many as 12 in a day!
